Deprecation Notice in ./libraries/classes/Di/ReflectorItem.php#82
 Method ReflectionParameter::getClass() is deprecated

　　原因是phpmyadmin 配置里指定的Php 版本问题（有可能是先前指定的PHP版本被卸载）

　　修改php版本即可，如下图：
